BRU return policy
I bought a bouncy seat back in late September that stopped working the 1st day we had Lucas home (2 weeks ago). I have since gone out and bought another bouncy seat. I have the gift receipt for the seat but not the one I bought it with. Do you think BRU will take the seat back and give me a store credit???

I think the receipt has to be dated within 90 days, or you get the lowest selling price.

I have had lots of luck at bru returning things - I think as long as they have the product still (its not discontinued, they should...)!!! - we bought the tummy time boppy, i threw away the receipt and then when we took it out, the teething ring leaked....they took it back no problem!
