BRU Returns- How Much Can You Return?
I have lots of stuff to return from my shower, most of it without receipts (lots of clothes, then some items from my registry but no receipts).
How much will they let me return? Is there a $ cutoff?
And what if you don't know if an item is from BRU? Will they scan it and let me know if they do/don't sell it?

I am the queen of BRU returns - and now I am banned from returning without a receipt. I got soooo many doubles and triples at my shower that I went there almost every day.
I don't know what the limit of returns is - but I think someone said $1,000.
They are very good though and will scan anything for you if you don't know where it's from.

OK- what if the item did NOT come from BRU, can you exchange it there if they sell the item?
I got a duplicate swing that came from an online store, but is in the same packaging...

If the packaging is the same, I wonder how they'd know it wasn't from them, so I'm thinking yes, they'd take it. But who the heck knows!

It depends - on some items (even if they carry it) they will know that it was not purchased from there - I think there is some trademark thing on the box somewhere - but for the most part I believe they will take it back.

I have the original box from BRU that the other duplicate came in, so I'll just transfer it I suppose.
I was hoping to return BOTH and get a plug-in model to save $$ on batteries.

I think they have my picture posted in all BRUs - saying that I am a serial returner. I have about $1500.00 in credit there - it's ridiculous. The amount of returns that I did was exhausting!

Well, it depends on if Jack is allergic to the formula or not. I have the regular Similac Advance right now. If he takes to it fine then all is good. If it doesn't agree with him and I have to return it - I have about 15 cases to return. 
And - BRU is the only place that will exchange formula - BBB doesn't.
