Brunch
I'm looking for some suggestions on what I can serve for brunch aside from the usual bagels, quiche, eggs and the baked goods. I have hosted brunch before and tried the french toast casserole.

Brunch
crepes, blintzes, fruit salad, maybe instead of bagels you can have tea sandwiches - cream cheese, thinly sliced cucumber, smoked salmon on brown bread, noodle kugel

Re: Brunch
I've done chicken salad, tuna salad, and egg salad with different kinds of breads, bagels, croissants, etc.

Brunch
Crepes with various fillings? You can have a big bowl of waffle batter and waffle maker plugged in. Put out different toppings like choc chips, strawberies, etc. People can make their own.

Brunch
I used to have a recipe by Jello for panna cotta, which means cooked cream, that's a nice side dish. You can look for all different flavors - raspberry to coffee....
