BTDT moms - 1st bday party
DD's party is this coming weekend, I am so nervous that I am going to forget something important!
Can you name some things I may have over looked? Any tips on how you made your party run smoothly?

we are having the party at a hall...so we have that booked and paid for. They include beer, wine soda...
ordered all food from caterer
my cousins hubby is a baker so he is doing the cake
I ordered balloons
booked clown
bought all paper goods and decorations
I have to go to Costco and get coffee cups, fruit salad and cookies as the day gets closer....
I have her dress and bday shirt to wear when she eats her cake
goodie bags are made up for kids...

I was the same way. I started laying everything out the week of the party to make sure I had everything.

MY BIL is a DJ so he will be there playing games with the kids.
no pinata...the hall wouldnt allow it.

I made them up from his monthly pics. I also displayed his hospital pic and his 1st birthday pics.
