BTDT moms - does this sound like progress...

I was due 1/3. My EDD was moved up today to 12/28. Baby is measuring 7.5 lbs

On thursday I had my internal and no progress. Baby wasnt get low, I was still closed but a little thin.

Friday I nested beyond reason: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, etc. I even removed our A/C from the window. But I felt good all day.

Saturday I woke up with the most horrible lower back pain radiating into my abdomen. I also was nauseous all day and had menstrual type cramps. Sunday, yesterday and today all the same thing.

TMI coming -- Discharge has increased. I'm also very gassy and have a wicked tummy ache.

Could my little man be coming early (which I SERIOUSLY hope!)

I'm not BTDT but it sounds like you were having some contractions.

Thursday is my next appt.

Today I had a sono and NST. During the NST I had 3 contractions (5 mins, 5 mins and 6 mins apart) but I didnt feel anything like what I feel now or this weekend.

yes..this sounds like progress

ETA: the discharge could be your mucous plug. for a week before my last dr visit (the day before my due date) i was having increased discharge. I noticed it most after a poop (TMI).

when i went for my checkup the dr. said ihad lost my plug, so thats what i had been losing all week, just didnt know it at the time.

so you may be losing your plug in little bits.
