BTDT Moms - naps, etc.

So right now my 2yo and 7mth old both take naps from 1:30-3:30. However, my 7mth old will be dropping her 3rd nap soon. When I did this with my older one, I moved his 2nd nap later - so from 11, 2, 5, to 11 & 4. What do I do with DD?? I want to continue having them both nap at the same time. What did you do??

Hrm, that's tough because you have such a late morning nap and you will want to space them out a bit - can you move that one up at all? My DD naps at 9:30 and 1:30 (which used to be a little earlier) and used to have a 3rd nap at 4:30. We also had to push up her bedtime a bit when she first dropped the 3rd nap (from 7:30 to 7) but she's adjusting better now and we're back at 7:30.
