BTDT Moms- Beginning Daycare Prep

Hi Moms,

Ava will officially start at daycare on Feb 26th. She will go M,W,F from 8:30-3pm.

This Monday and Wednesday, they told me to bring her in for about an hour to get her comfortable and to stay with her.

She has terrible separation anxiety (age 2 1/2). What do you suggest I do, to make it easier on her and everyone else?

They told me to bring sheets, blankets, 2 changes of clothes, wipes and pull ups..any other suggestions???

I would also send bibs, and if she has something that comforts her or something she uses for naptime, see if you can get a double to leave there, or be sure to send it everyday for her.
