BTDT moms; Breastmilk Storage

For those of you that store/freeze breastmilk, what do/did you use? Bags or Bottles? And, what brands did you use?

I didn't breastfeed my DS for various reasons, but I AM going to this time. I will! But, I know that I don't want to exclusively breastfeed, I will pump so that others can feed DC. I'm hoping to have a good enough supply to store/freeze, but am wondering what the best way to go about that is.

I use the Lansinoh storage bags and the plastic ice cube trays to organize them in the freezer.

We stored in bags. I found them to defrost much quicker.

I think it was the medela bags.

Same with me. I also bought a box (contain 12) of the Medela freeze and Store container things (sorry I don't remember the name but I bought them at BRU and I know that BBB and TArget sell them as well)... that hold up to 2.5 ounces each. I didn't freeze more that that when my DS was little. Now I use the bags.

I use Lansinoh bags. I usually double pump directly into a Playtex drop-in and a medela bottle. I pour what he needs into the drop-in for feeding and store leftover milk in a medela bottle in the fridge. Once I collect enough ounces in the fridge, I mix them together and put them in Lanisoh bags in the freezer.

I like the Lansinoh bags better than the Medela bags because the Lansinoh ones have a double zip top. Also, you can store them flat in the freezer which saves you tons of space! The Lansinoh bags can also hold up to 6 oz. while the Medela holds up to 5 oz.
