BTDT Moms: Double STroller - side by side or tandem?
I was thinking side by side so they could both see, but then it may be more difficult to navigate through stores.

Re: BTDT Moms: Double STroller - side by side or tandem?
I have had both and there are pros and cons with each of them. I like the side by side I have the Combi Twin Sport its light weight and easy to fold up and put in the car...it is easier to push IMO rather than the tandem...CON doesnt fit easy thru some doorways and is a pain in the store shopping. The tandem was easy to get thru doors and stores but was a pain to push and heavy to fold up and put in the car I had the Graco Duo Glider and kid in the back was always kicking the one in the front. Basically its what you are using it for the most. Go to BBB and check them all out.

my kids would not do well in a tandem. They like to interact with each other too much.
I have a side by side, with no regrets.

I have the side by side and like it. With the tandem I felt my older one would never be able to sleep in the stroller again. He was only 14 months when the baby was born. It is diffucult in stores but I try not to bring them both to the store - it is pointless anyway :)
