BTDT moms-Progress question
I went to the doctor on tues night for my first internal..I was 0cm, 60% effaced.
I went to the OB again today (I fell at work) so they wanted to monitor me.
They did another internal and now i'm 1.5cms!!
I progressed a lot in just barely 3 days.
How long were you all dialated for before the real contractions started and the time you went into labor??

If I remember correctly, my first internal was at 37 weeks and I was 1.5cm dilated and 30% effaced. Then I had an internal at 39 weeks and I was 3cm dilated and 80% effaced. I went into labor that night.

wow thats pretty fast! I was 1cm dialated and 70% effaced for i think 3 weeks and then I was induced so im not much help but that sounds like you might be progressing pretty quickly!

I was at the doctor the morning that I went into labor with my son. I was 1.5 cm dilated. On the way home I started to have contractions (not so intense) and they intensified as the day went on. Good luck!!! Sending you easy labor vibes!!!

I had zero progress..no dilation, at 38 week appt, and they bam..water broke before I was even 39 weeks...so anything can happen! Good Luck to you! Sounds like you are on your way!!!!!
