BTDT Moms with a newborn and 2 year-old...

Can you give me some pros and cons? My son is 14 months and DH wants to start trying for another this winter that would put them around 2 years apart. I'm still unsure if I want them that close.

Mine are exactly 2 years apart (May 6th and 9th). I thought the age gap was fine. The first year was not hard at all, the baby just goes with the flow and DS was old enough to know when I needed time with her. Now that they are 1 and 3, its a whole different ball game! They are very loving, but more often than not, they do not know how to play together just yet and I spend a lot of time separating them!
