BTDT: Stretch Marks Post-Birth
For those moms that had stretch marks during pregnancy, did you use any special kind of lotion after giving birth?
I've had a few pop up on my belly last few weeks of the pregnancy, and was wondering if they just disappear on their own over time little by little, or if anyone used anything special.

BTDT: Stretch Marks Post-Birth
I have heard vitamin E oil helps to reduce scarring, but I have no first hand experience.

I did this with DS. I just popped vitamin e caps and rubbed it in the areas that were stretching bad. It helped a ton!

BTDT: Stretch Marks Post-Birth
I've been putting Whish body butter since about 14 weeks when I first noticed the stretch marks. It's definitely made a difference in preventing new ones from developing and to help diminish the ones I got. I would suggest starting a regimen now, to help.
I used to use vit E caps for scars, and it definitely worked!

I already have a regimen I've been using since 10 weeks - but stretch marks are also genetic, so in last 4 weeks some have shown up. I didn't have any prior to.
I was asking to see if anyone used anything differently after giving birth, so I can take that into consideration also.

Gotcha, was just trying to offer what I've been using and has helped me thus far. Didn't realize you were already doing something. I'm jealous you hadn't gotten any prior to now!
