Re: buffalo chicken dip
Mine is terrible for you but the most delicious.
Add: 1 rotisserie chicken- shred up the chicken 1 package of philly cream cheese 1 package of shredded mexican cheese 1/2 cup of red hot sauce 1 cup of blue cheese dressing
mix it all together in a bowl and then bake in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Re: buffalo chicken dip
I make mine with canned chicken (the same kind as tuna), 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, and 1/2 cup ranch dressing...I don't put the cheese on top. I microwave the cream cheese, chicken, and buffalo sauce on medium power, then add dressing and stir like crazy. I then heat it up again until it is hot.

Re: buffalo chicken dip
-1 pkg chicken tenders, seasoned with garlic powder, black pepper, pinch of cayenne and hot sauce and grilled. Shred (i like to pulse them briefly in the food processor)
-2 bars of cream cheese, softened(I use the less fat one and it tastes just a good)
-1 pkg of hidden valley ranch seasoning
-shredded mozzarella cheese (as much as you like, I typically use 3/4 of the bag)
-hot sauce (really up to you, taste as you add)
mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning and hot sauce (taste to see how much hot sauce you desire). add in mozz and chicken. Place in baking dish (square one work well for the amount it makes) and sprinkle top with cayenne to make it look pretty!

I love this one, with the cheese though! It's a favorite in my office!

Re: buffalo chicken dip
I make the one on Frank's Red Hot website, but don't add the additional crumbled Blue Cheese, only the dressing.
