Bumbleride Flyer vs Baby Jogger City Select
Thanks to you girls I've narrowed down my search for a stroller that allows me to have DS facing me or away from me.. now if only I could pick just one?! Anyone have pros or cons of either?

Re: Bumbleride Flyer vs Baby Jogger City Select
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my City Select!!! Here's a post I wrote when I tried it out in the store:
City Select
My ONLY con is that it's a tad on the heavy side. Also, if you plan on having another DC it turns into a double by adding the rumbled seat. HTH!
ETA: The basket is awesome, I've never seen one this big on a stroller before.

Re: Bumbleride Flyer vs Baby Jogger City Select
I have the Flyer and love it.
Pros: LOVE being able to switch the handle (so we can go from facing each other to DC facing out w/out switching seat around) Use from infant Lays flat (unlike some others, not sure about City Select)
Cons: Basket not so big Doesn't steer as smoothly as some other strollers (but still not bad) Takes two hands to fold
Good luck!

Re: Bumbleride Flyer vs Baby Jogger City Select
I'm just afraid the Baby Jogger City Select may be too big and bulky? Especially since I only have on DC. IDK!

Re: Bumbleride Flyer vs Baby Jogger City Select
i recently got the city select and i absolutely LOVE it. YES, it is heavy and bulky, but it strolls sooo smoothly and the large basket is great. i have twins so needed a double stroller, but i also take my 3 year old DS out alone a lot so i like that i only need 1 stroller in my car.

I don't have either of these because I needed a double with the twins. I do have bumbleride Indie Twin, though...I love it! It is big and bulky, so I actually just got a cheap umbrella stroller for quick trips and travel (I got a Jeep one). Maybe you can do that if you are concerned about the bulkiness, but love it otherwise.

Re: Bumbleride Flyer vs Baby Jogger City Select
I am OBSESSED with my Baby Jogger City Select. Actually, it is my FAVORITE registry/baby item and I recommend it to everyone. I only have one baby as well. I will take you through my experience so far with my DS who is almost 5 months.
Pros: -Works great as a snap and go -Basinet attachment!!! I used it for walks when DC was very little (DS loved this) we got so much use out of this! We also used it for naps when out of the house. If I was out, I put a changing pad underneath him and changed him directly in the bassinet so I didn't have to deal with changing him on public changing tables so little. -HUGE basket underneath (I have even used it for a Costco run to place some pretty big items in). I didn't realize just how useful this feature would be! -Incredibly smooth ride (wheels turn 360) -Easy fold -Sunshade provide great coverage -Converts to a double stroller with 16 configurations if you have a second child (huge bonus). Plus, the second seat is an actual seat as oppose to a rumbler seat.
Cons: I can't think of 1 honestly -Some would complain about the size and weight. I am pretty petite and have had no problems what so ever handling this stroller. Yes, it is a little heavier than some other strollers on the market but you are dealing with plastic (what most strollers are made of) vs. aluminum. The quality adds a pound or 2 which is well worth it to me. I drive a Honda Accord and the stroller fits in my trunk with enough room to fit the bassinet attachment as well as groceries.
You will not be disappointed with this stroller! I am such a picky person and did so much research on strollers. This looked the best by far to me for the cost, quality, options, and just the whole package.
***Also, if you have any questions or issues you can call Baby Jogger and get a specialist on the phone who will assist you step by step. I couldn't figure out how to put together a part of the bassinet and the lady stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes. Superior customer service!
I should be a sales rep!!!
