bumpy bus ride
Yesterday I chaperoned a field trip and on the way back I sat in the very back of the bus. That was a mistake! It was soooo bumpy and I was so uncomfortable. Do you think this was bad for baby ? I'm worried

how do you feel now? Is there anything unusual that you have noticed? If everything is normal, likely things weren't too bad....
While I'm only in my first trimester, I'm realizing FAST that there are soooo many hazards.....
There's construction (and oders) in my building at work. There is mass-scale painting  in our building at home
then there are the foods, the cleaning agents, the car fumes, cat litter , avoiding strenuous stuff.... it's really too much to absorb.
If your worried, call your Dr....

everything feels ok and I have felt the baby move today, so I guess all is well, but still it makes you wonder!
