Bunch of homes for sale in my neighborhood...
In case anybody is interested, there are several homes for sale in my neighborhood.
I'm posting these because it's a great area and community!

Some of these houses need cosmetic work, but they're definitely great long-term homes with lots of potential.

Hey...they stated the pool is open on MLS! Maybe we should hit up the open house just to go swimming.

The taxes  The same range home near me is 1/2 that! We were thinking of moving, but right now we are doing some construction and hope to stay a few more years here.

umm, they are def. not affordable. Nice homes, but quite pricey and holy taxes. Not sure there are many of us in that price range.

I never stated they were "affordable". Believe me, we're the poor folks in this neighborhood. 
But there may be people on this messageboard that are looking in those price ranges. Ya' never know.
