Buyers - Are you tired of the market being so slow???
I am so sick of waiting for my dream home....I feel like my life is on hold! There is such limited inventory on the market, I can't take it. I don't want to keep waiting when I just want to move on.

I'm sorry, is the market slow for buyers? I thought it was a buyers market. I see lots of houses go up (and stay for sale)
Good Luck

My DH and I are in the same boat.
What I have noticed is great houses priced right go on the market and are there for like 2 days and then are snatched up.
My ILs house went on the market 2 days ago and they had their first offer last night not too far below asking price.

as much as its a pain FSBO may work if you want a fixer upper. by driving up and down blocks in our neighborhood we found four FSBO not advertised called up and asked how much they were selling and then made appointments. Viewed and made a offer. Usually it's an estate sales so they want to get rid of them quickly but expect to have some headaches.

I look on MLS and Listingbook.
Personally I am finding that b/c home values are lower, less is coming on the market. Once on, yes, it's a buyer's market to some extent but alot of people are simply waiting to put their homes on. At least this is my experience.

There are some really nice houses out there but you have to act quick... No playing, you want a house that needs some work but is not falling apart in a good price range they are out there but you cant think 2 much....
