Buying seafood
Where in Nassau do you buy your seafood? The stop and shop I go to doesn't have a seafood dept and it doesn't look good but I have been craving really good shrimp lately!

I buy alot of frozen fish at BJ's... its grat cause it defrosts quick so its always an option for a quick dinner at night.
If I am buying fresh, BJ's, New Wave in Wantagh or on occation Stop and Shop (i know, not an option for you).
BJ's fresh fish is always great!

i use the frozen shrimp from stop and shop the jumbo peeled and deveined raw one they are very good.
