a little bit of both the insision is uncomfotable but sometimes as i am getting up out of bed it is alittle painful..

Yes!
i started working out seriously when i was 4 mts post partum (more than taking walks and weights - I started doing harder cardio) and I remember doing jumping jacks still hurt like a beyotch - this is MAJOR surgery - you don't even get cleared to do anything until 6 wks after, so you will be hurting for a while....
