c-section (how many weeks)
With my DS, I had a c-section date changed three times. Had him at 37 weeks because he was breech and Doc felt DS might brake my water with his foot....
My question is what is the earliest a Dr. would perform a c-section - I'm not talking about an emergency

My Dr. told me they cannot perfom an elected c-section before 39 weeks.

My Dr said 7 days. I know my friends Dr does 2 weeks.(lucky)

My office did it for me at 38w 1d but with an amnio to confirm lung maturation. Without the amnio, they would have scheduled it for 39w (which would have been too late for me - I was actually in early labor the morning of my section).

with an amnio, at 36 weeks. It was not considered elective in my situation.

My friend was scheduled with her second for a c-section at 37+ weeks. Her DD came earlier though

My first my due date was 4/23 and I had her on 4/18 scheduled. This one is due May 16th and I am scheduled for 5/9

I had an elective c-section 10 days before my DD....by dr wouldn't do it a day before then unless medically necessary.

I was not allowed before (unless I got into labor) per the hospital policy.
