C section scars??
Ok..Ill admit, maybe not the smartest move but I am extremly sqeamish and havent looked at my scar before now. The right side of it looks like a normal scar, just a line. But the left side is all purplish looking and way more noticeable. Its been 7 weeks..is this normal??? Anyone else have this??

Re: C section scars??
It sounds fine, but if you are nervous call your Doctor. I had my c-section 2 years ago and am very happy with the scar, it is very low, thin and faded. My actual stomach area is another issue all together!! My advice is try not o look at it too much. It will heal and fade in time.

Re: C section scars??
I had uterine surgery where I received an incision in the exact same place as a C-section incision. It was also the same size as a C-section one would be. It looks great. The way that you describe yours was how mine was for months. I did vitamin E oil but I do not know if it helped.
