Cabbage Soup Diet?
anyone ever try it?
Does it work?
Yes, i know its not healthy..but i recently had a miscarriage and i had put on an extra 8lbs or so. I am doing ww new program, and i am too impatient with the weight loss, none of my clothes fit, and if they do, i'm unfortable in them. I need to do something to get the weight off faster.
If i can lose 5lbs in one week, then i get back to weight watchers.

I wouldn't do it because you will just gain it back the next week. Do you do any exercise?

I have done it and did lose about 8 lbs in the week, however, I gained back about half of it. It was worth it to me.

I make it because I love cabbage soup. I did strictly the diet when I was younger and it did help me to loose weight fast, but you know about loosing weight fast.
It curbs my salt cravings, and I'm a huge soup person so I'd eat it all the time.

If you google cabbage soup diet, you can get the recipe and the diet.
I think i'm going to give this a shot. I'm planning on starting next sunday. If i lost 8-10lbs and even put 2-3 lbs back on, i'd still be ok. My plan is to do this for one week, and then the following Monday go back to weight watchers. Summer is coming and i need to get this weight off my body. I feel gross. And the fact that i cheated for Easter weekend doesn't help!!!

I have never done it, but my friends who have, have warned me that you will be in the bathroom a lot.

I heard the same thing about being in the bathroom a lot on this diet, which probably wouldn't bother me if I get the results that I want.
I might do this for a week just to lose the next 5 lbs I want so I can get another size down before I decide to buy a bathing suit for this summer.
