Cablevision and no free on demand with a IO box? Anyone else?
With DD not sleeping well at night I wanted to watch something on FREE on demand. Both my regular IO HD box and my IO DVR/HD box say You are not authorized to receive USA NETWORK based on your current level of IO service Please call....to upgrade.
Ummmm I get those channels regularly with my service. Since when can you NOT watch FREE on demand now? We have the triple play IO package with everything but the movie channels.
Anyone else have this issue? If they switched it we got no notice!

I have had that happen in the past. At the time, I called cablevision and they said we had used up our free on demand for that billing period ( I had no idea there was a limit of any sort). They told me if we paid our bill they'd correct the problem with the on demand. Try calling the customer service number. HTH.

i dont know if its differnt but i live in the brooklyn and i always watch stuff free on demand maybe its a error.

Like we lost the ability to see whos calling on my tv due to that

hmmm no our bill has always been paid on time so that can't be it.
I will give them a call today.
