Caden took 10 years off my life tonight..
Short and simple Caden choked on a piece of steak. It was the longest 10 seconds of my life. Thankfully DH was able to dislodge it as quickly as he did.
Caden was relatively unphased. (Which is pretty much par for the course when it comes to him) I, however, am now even more paranoid when it comes to choking than before. (If that is at all possible)
Please everyone...keep in mind that small children can choke very easily.

 my almost one yr old does it all the time still...last weekend I had to do a finger sweep in a restaurant, it was the scariest one yet, I had a heart attack afterwards.....so glad Caden was okay.

be very careful doing finger sweep it can make it worse is what i was told better to hit them on their backs
