Thanks for all the info!!
ABout 6 months ago I started buying organic eggs........which quickly led to me buying all organic meats & dairy too.....I feel better knowing I am feeding my body better.
I also am trying to use all other orgainc products ESPECIALLY those that contain lots of sugars normally. I have started eating only organic granola bars, chocolate syrup, cookies ect.....I am trying to reduce the amount of High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) we are consuming.
The veggie selection sometimes is harder to do organically as we do not have fram stands local to me. But I do my best with what is offered in the stores here.

I'm with Val...for the last year or so, I have done almost all of my shopping at Trader Joe's. I buy almost all organic meat and eggs - even milk. We are at a point where we really need to take responsibility for the environment and animals around us.
