cake made with diet coke
anyone on WW hear of this ? you take a box of cake mix and use a can of soda in place of the eggs and oil..make cupcakes from it and its 1 point each

I've never heard of that, but I have heard of using prune puree in place of the fat- like baby food prunes.

yes i have heard of it on the weight watcher boards, but have not tried it yet.
you could also make brownie mix and replace the eggs and oil with a can of black beans.

I've heard of using a can of pumpkin (not pumkin pie mix!). I've also had success with replacing both the oil and eggs with apple sauce. I think bananas might work well, too.

yes, I made cupcakes like this once. They were ok - I think they were 3 pts. each actually.

I just made them tonight, pretty good, but definitely different texture

I have heard of it and wanted to try it. Another easy and good WW dessert recipe. Mix a can of crushed pineapple and a box of angel food cake mix and bake as directed and it is delish!

You can use many pureed fruits such as apple sauce, pumpkin puree, etc. I've made brownies using applesauce instead of oil and they come out great.
