Calling all food lovers....
Help! I have to finalize my menu for my wedding. For the beef choice I have 2 options:
Filet Mignon or 18oz. Chicago Ribeye Steak
I'm not a beef person nor is FH so I'm not sure what to chose here.

Fliet Mignon is more tender but less flavor than ribeye
Ribeye has more flavor but is tougher then filet mignon.
For a wedding I prefer filet mignon!

I love both filet and rib eye, but I'm partial to the filet. I would suggest that.

I'm partial to the Filet.
Also-- i'm sure the ribeye would taste Awesome.. But,i think most people are used to/comfortable with the filet option.
want me to come taste test with you though... just to be sure, of course

Yeah, I'm thinking the filet is the way to go. And sure, you can come taste test, 2 of my friends have already "volunteered" for the horrible task so the more the merrier!

I prefer rib eye but I think filet is considered a nicer choice. either one is going to be delish!
