Calling Organic Food People!!!! New Sustainable Farm in Bethpage Village Restoration!!!!!!!
Restoration Farm
We went to Old Bethpage Village Restoration for the Chili Cookoff tonight (it was not so spectacular )........and while we were there, one of the tables set up was for the new farm!!!
I bought a basket of orange cherry tomatoes, 2 big zucchini & basil for $5!!
I can't wait to check out the farm stand!

We went totally by accident tonight and though the Chili cookoff stunk, I was SO happy to learn about this!!!!
Not long ago I was grumbling that we have no farmstands in Nassau like the Suffolk folks have!!

Just letting everyone know I am eating the little orange cherry tomatoes..........the BEST I have EVER had!!!!!!!! So sweet!!!!

I like that from 4-6PM on Tuesday & Friday they are open!! Maybe I will see you there after work someday!

I wanted to enter the chili cookoff. Maybe next year I will help promote it!
I didn't have the time this year.
I love that there is a farm stand..I need to check it out.
