Camera recommendations
Hey all
I asked for Best Buy gift cards for Xmas and got about $275 worth
I need a new camera because mine is old and dying on me
I was thining of getting the S60 Coolpix from NIkon but all the reviews on Best Buy say the picture quality is horrible even thoiugh its a 10 megapixel camera
Can anyone reccomend a camera in the $250-$300 range? I want good picture quality, a few nice features, etc. Nothing too fancy, The camera I have now is a Sony Cyber shot that is only 4.1 megapixels
TIA!!

Re: Camera recommendations
for point & shoots, i am a fan of the Olympus Stylus cameras
If you feel like adding money to your gift certificates and want a DSLR camera, the canon rebel and nikon are really great cameras as well...

Re: Camera recommendations
I have a Kodak Z812IS. I think it take great pics for a simple camera, and doesn't miss the shot like a lot of cameras I've had in the past.

Re: Camera recommendations
I would probably get a Canon Elph. I used to have one and loved it. I now have an SLR but would get the Canon otherwise.
