Re: Can any of you ladies recommend an OBGYN in NYC?
I've been going to Cornell Medical Associates for years. There's 2 offices, one on the east side and one on the west side. They're highly regarded. You'd deliver at NY Presbyterian/Cornell Medical (68th and York).

They also have pediatrics and internists in both offices.

Re: Can any of you ladies recommend an OBGYN in NYC?
Dr Robert Hadden - E. 60th Street - between Madison and 5th in the Columbia Presbyterian building. I use him - there is a regular OB group, High risk OB group and sono all in one office - so if you have any complications you can see a HR dr in the same office and they do their own sonos so you don't have to go anywhere else. You would deliver at Columbia Presbyterian. This is who I am using.
I can get you his number if you are interested.

I am using Dr. Jay Bauman. He is affiliated with Mount Sinai and has a solo practice. I like that because it gives you more personal attention. 90th and Madison.

Im a RN at NY Presbyterian Hospital on E 68th and York Ave. They have a very big practice there, and you deliver there at the hospital. Its beautiful. My Dr is Dr Yung Mei Lee, MD and she is amazing plus they specialize in hight risk maternal-fetal medicine which is also a plus.

Re: Can any of you ladies recommend an OBGYN in NYC?
Dr. Kenneth Kaplan - 302 East 30th Street (1st avenue). 212.679-4800.
He's at NYU Medical Center. I LOVE LOVE LOVE him - but since we moved to LI I will most likely try and find a new doctor. But I'm torn about it because I know I wont find a doctor that I like as much as him. He has his own practice and is just the nicest guy. He's very much like an old fashioned doctor - after your checkup you go into his back office where you'll sit and talk - you can ask him any questions you want, etc. He called me from him home to check up on me when I was in early labor.
His nurses and support staff are excellent as well.
NYU Medical Center is literally down the street from his office and is awesome.

I loved the practice I was seeing before I needed to switch to a high risk doc.
Downtown Women http://downtownwomen.com/
I saw Dr. Min-- but I have heard good things about several docs there.

I went to the same office and I just saw Dr. Joshua Holden this morning and he was FANTASTIC. After seeing so many different drs. and getting so frustated I'm so happy to finally find someone I feel confident about!
