can anyone explain a sudden need for honey
All i want is honey and greek yogurt. I looked at my lunch of felt sick and the image of honey popped into my head.
Its only day four of being back into normal eating (healthy eating) - am i missing something nutritionally that could be the reason for craving it?
If i wanted just sweets I would want chocolate LoL
