Can anyone recommend a good girdle/support post c-section for the lower belly?
had my 2nd c-section just over 2 weeks ago and still have that kangaroo pouch/ "c-spare"! That torn muscle that hangs over the incision...ugghhh
Can anyone recommend an excellent and firm support undies/girlde???
not sure if it will help flatten it out a bit.. I have the belly bandit and its ok but not helping the lower area
Thanks

I got this because alot of women who had c-sections recommended it. I have a c-section in 2 weeks. I have heard good reviews about it.

The only thing with this is it streched out too quickly and it needs to be ultra firm
the nurses at Stony Brook said they used to have them there then they stopped because it actually weakens the stomache muscles and you get a "jelly belly" but it is really good for back support after a c-section
Figured i would try it though
