and the pedi for 3
they give you quarters for the meter and have drinks, snacks, huge flat screens

I went here two weeks ago (Thanks BETH!!) My mani and pedi still look great - and for the price, you can't beat it.
That being said - I still looove my old place. Rebekah's nails on 73rd and Bell. Its more expensive but a nicer, bigger place with free parking in the back. So if you are looking for some yummy pampering I highly recommend them. They also give great facials!

I tried this place the other day. While it was good and you can't beat the price I thought it was a bit hectic and I don't like the switching, this one does your hands, this person does the feet, someone else does the waxing, etc.
eta: to the OP, I'm not sure where Main Street Radiology is

I noticed this place last week and was wondering about it for massages. I am always afraid to go in new places. So glad to hear you like it. Have you used them for massage?
