I went to this dr 2 times. He was very nice. I can't say much more about him, other than I would go back to him if I had to.

I know you said Nassau county but the ONLY hematologist I would let near me when I was referred to one was Wadie Bahou, MD at Stony Brook. I had a client with a very rare blood disorder (hence the reason she was my client, for disability). I am convinced that he saved her life when she first got sick. There were very few known cases of her disorder on Long Island but he was treating more than half of the people who had it. Later on, I was referred to him after I was found to have blood clotting on the placenta during pregnancy. Luckily I was found not to have a clotting disorder and I did not need to see him again.
