Can anyone recommend a hotel near Mohegan Sun
They are all booked this weekend and we want to get away overnight.

I've never stayed at Hyatt Place which is nearby to Mohegan. They have a shuttle service.
We've stayed here at the Best Western Cristata Inn and the Holiday Inn Norwich, which both also have shuttle services. Decent, but I really prefer to stay at Mohegan.

there's a Microtel nearby---we stayed there overnight for a concert at Mohegan

Do you know which hotel is the closest? We want convenience, as Mohegan is fully booked.

Hyatt Place is one mile away.
Best Western Cristata is about 5 minutes, and so is the Holiday Inn Norwich.
If you want to splurge, the Norwich Inn and Spa is also close by, and they do run shuttles as well.

The Norwich Inn and Spa is a splurge ONLY based on price - IMO you're better off, room wise at the Hyatt or Holiday Inn -
