Can anyone recommend skinny jeans that aren't low rise?
Preferably not too expensive---I want to get a pair to wear with flats for the fall and with my boots in the winter.

The gap has really nice ones that fit pretty well. You can also try Express, I hear they fit pretty good too., and if you get a coupon, they will be pretty cheap.

I 2nd the gap. I normally do not like how Gap jeans look on me but I do like their skinny jeans. They also aren't so low rise.

I got a great pair at Old Navy last year. I have high waist and they are definitely not low on me.

I just got a pair at Express, buy one get one half off. They don't stretch and they aren't too low rise.

I've gotten skinny jeans with a regular rise at Old Navy. I can't recall the exact name of the style though-sorry!

I find that the ON Sweetheart fit has a high enough rise that's not too high. Stay away from Diva fit, they are super low rise.

Look at DKNY - they have some that aren't super low rise and not too expensive esp if you get at Macys with a coupon...not sure the style - some are low and some aren't. I have the ones that aren't low. Just make sure they are tight when you buy them - they stretch some when you wear them.
Express use to make Mia's in skinny and they were great not low rise at all...not sure if they still make them though. I think they may have stopped in skinny jeans in Mia.
