To teach the program?? Or to be a Wilson Trainer??
I did it through my school district. I am Level 1 trained and currently going for my Level 2.
You can do it on your own through wilson on theri website.

Many people are doing this in my school right now. You have to first attend an orientation for 2-3 days and then there is a 6 credit course to do online. In addition, you need to do a 3 credit practicum where you will be observed 5 times by someone from Wilson. I am doing the 6 credit online course after doing the orientation right now but I am not going on to be certified.
