Can I buy a permit to park at rvc lirr station if I don't live in rvc
My new house in Oceanside is much closer to rvc train station. Can I get a permit and where? Tia

There are 3 types of permits in RVC...overnight, resident, and employee. If I remember correctly, you have to show proof of residence when you apply for the resident/employee one so I would think the same would go for employees.
It's a little under $200 for each permit and you have to get a new one every March. They do not prorate if you apply for a permit lets say now.

When i lived there, i had to show proof of residency to get a Resident sticker to park in those lots.
I would think the same applies to Overnight and Employee stickers as well

I live in RVC and had to go to town hall and show proof to get the sticker. You can call them and ask. Good luck!
