I do believe you can add rum to egg nog to make it a holiday cocktail.
But plain ole pasteurized egg nog-have a glass!

Most egg nog served at parties is alcoholic.
As long as you are sure it's pasturized and non-alcoholic and you'll be fine.
I personally can't even be near it without wanting to

Not dumb, but yes, most egg nog people serve has alcohol in it. Make sure you ask the host if they've spiked the eggnog before imbibing....

Absolutely not dumb! Yup many people add Rum or brandy I think - not 100% sure but I do know many add alcohol - but the kind you buy in the grocery store is non alcoholic unless you add something - just make sure it is store bought and says pasteurized and isn't homemade egg nog (since that would have raw eggs).
