Can I exchange something from Coach outlet at a Coach store?
I rcvd a small bag as a gift but I would like to exchange it for a wallet...anyone know?

I'm almost certain that you can't. I also think the bags at the outlet are 'made' just for the outlet store.

no, you cannot exchange a Coach outlet into a coach store...
however, I have not had a problem with using a coach credit from the outlet in a regular store and vice versa

That is NOT what they told me when I tried to.
I believe it says on the back of the receit that you CANNOT exchange or return to an outlet store.

The only thing I know for sure is that you can use a credit from Coach either at the regular store or the outlets.
They didn't tell me that at the store, but at the outlet, they told me they can be used at either type of store.
