Can I freeze my boneless leg of lamb?
On a whim I have decided to host easter this year. First time ever, new house, you get the idea. I went to costco and bought a boneless leg of lamb with a sell by date of 4/16...four days shy of easter. The package says keep refrigerated. Does that specifically mean DONT freeze? i feel like an idiot askign this question

U can freeze up to a yr. u can keep in the fridge until 4/16. Freeze it now and take it out a day before to defrost and marinate overnight if u want. (I just put salt pepper oregano and put a ton of garlic in the lamb and rosemary sprigs on bottom and top so I don't marinate)
