Can I get some job advice...again...
I got called for 3 potential interviews. Now, I have not taken off or called in sick since July. I would obviously like to pursue the leads but I am so afraid to call in sick because I get "scolded" every time I do 
Help! I guess I just need a pep talk

Take a sick day. If they say anything about it tell them that your health is private medical information & that you dont' want to discuss it.

short term pain for long term gain! tell them you are sick, deal with their bs hard time, and go get another job!!!!
