I know I ask for these a lot and I will say Thank You now for all your prayers and hugs in the past. As some of you know, for the past 2 years or so my mom has been in and out of the hospital with breathing problems. They thought it was asthma, then pneumonia (sp?), and was tested for even lung cancer. She has shortness of breath and turns out they think the pneumonia damaged one of her lungs. Tomorrow she is going into Columbia Hospital (Manhattan) to speak with 6 different doctors to see if she may need a lung transplant She just told me they may offer other options first after they run more tests. I feel so bad. Its so hard to talk about. I ask to please keep her in your prayers and that other options are available. Thank You all so much! I greatly appreciate it and will keep you posted.
UPDATE: Mom went into the hospital and had a bunch of tests done! They told her "They don't know what it is"..OMGosh it is SO aggravating!! Why can't they just find an answer. Hopefully with all the test she had done today, they will find something! We need answers! Thank You again for all your support.
Oh Dawn, I hope that all turns out well for your Mom....my thoughts and prayers are with you guys. I hope there are other options for her!! Hang in there and if you need any one to talk to, I"m here for ya
