Can I have good luck selling dust please !! UPDATE !!
My co-op has been on the market ,just shy of 2 yrs !! I can't stand showing it anymore ! I have 3 kids ,and they call me 1 hr before they wan't to show it ,and I end up in panick mode rushing around cleaning and shoving things everywhere 
Well I showed my place to this woman today who saw it last week and came for a second showing  she loves the place and said with a smile " I will be in touch !" She was in my place for a long time ,planning on where she can put her furniture and other items !!  I really hope this is it !!
UPDATE*************
So we got an offer and we are taking it !! There is a few things we need to figure out ,but hopefully this is it
