UPDATE: The other midwife called today after going over it with the doctor and everything is normal. She said it's not usual bloodwork for them which is why they review with a doctor first.
Anyway she said as long as my periods go back to normal within 4 months (post IUD) all is well. I've already had one so I think that won't be a problem.
While I'm relieved I almost wish there was a simple problem that could have been fixed because I still feel like hormonally something is off but I'm going to keep working at losing weight and eating better and see if that makes any difference.

I'm glad everything came back normal! Sending good vibes that your periods go back to normal on their own soon
