Can I just say I LOVE my boss!!!
After all the cr@p I went through with the company I worked for before the one I am at now, I am so thankful for my new boss.
I just started working there on September 2, 2006 and I got a bonus!!!
Plus, she bought everyone cashmere lined leather gloves (we are all women in the office).
It is really wonderful to feel appreciated, even though I am only there three days a week.
After YEARS of working for scrooge companies who did not hand out bonus', I am thankful that I work for an AWESOME company!!!!

I hear you! Its so nice to work for someone that appreciates you!! Its such a change to work for a boss that treats their employees with respect! We both deserve that
