can I lose a pound in 3 days - help!
This is my third week on weight watchers - I lost three pounds in my first 2 weeks and was really happy about it.
Because my birthday was this weekend I went a little crazy. I didnt over do it - but I wasn't perfect either and I haven't lost any weight this week.
I will be discouraged if I don't lose at least a pound. I weigh in on friday - do you think I can lose a pound by then?? Help!

I think its possible if you stick to the diet from now till fri and drink a lot of water!

Or only eat carbs for breakfast--you can do that and still make your points allowance.
