I already have the eggs hard boiled and I would really like to make and fill the eggs tonight for a brunch tomorrow because we have a very busy morning. Can I do that.
Also do you think I could make this recipe the night ahead? It says that some people chill it for a few hors before serving.

I don't know. I would think so, but i think they would need to be totally covered because then they get all hard and crusty. You can make the mixture and then cover the mixtuure in an airtight tupperware type of container. but if you fill the eggs then they would need to be in something airtight also. If it were me i would wait.

Yes, you can. Just make sure it is covered with plastic wrap. My mom does it all the time. If anything it tastes better b/c the flavours have come together.
