Deviled Eggs?
So I volunteered to bring Deviled Eggs to a Party this weekend, and I'm realizing I have never made them before.
Does anyone have a good recipe?
TIA!!

Re: Deviled Eggs?
I don't have a recipe but I have that stupid deviled egg tray from Papmered Chef! And someone posted suggestions - to mix the yolks with the ingredients in a ziplock bag, then just cut off the tip and squeeeeze into the whites!

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs, lower the heat and simmer for 12 minutes. Remove the eggs, run cold water over them, then cover with ice-cold water for 10 minutes, cracking each shell lightly to let some water in. Drain and peel. 2. Halve the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks to a bowl, mash with a fork, then stir in the mustard, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the jalapeños, onion and celery and season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Re: Deviled Eggs?
yep, what I do is mix the yolks, mayo, paprika & a dab of relish and mix.
P.S. I NEED A DEVILED EGG TRAY!! Can you believe I've been looking for over a month now. I'm going to check out in Tanger eventually. Also, if Jenn on has a Pampered Chef party, then maybe though there.
