Can I make garlic knots with crescent rolls?

The last time I tried to flavor crescent rolls with herbs/seasoning they came out so dry and icky.

Has anyone ever made garlic knots this way?

No, but I am thinking you could cook the crescents until they are just about done and then dip them in melted butter and then roll them in the garlic and herbs and place them back in the oven for the remaining time.

Not exactly but I often pray them with butter spray or brush melted butter on them when they are triangles, sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley and grated cheese then roll and bake. Come out great.

That's what I did, minus the butter - maybe that's why they tasted like crap Chat Icon

I will try that, thanks!
